Payment
We accept major credit and debit cards for orders under $1,000. Orders over $1,000 must be paid via wire transfer or check/money order.
Returns
Faulty items can be returned within 30 days, subject to a 5% non-refundable bank fee and return shipping charges. Non-faulty items are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus the non-refundable bank fee and return shipping charges.
Exchanges
Exchanges can be made within 30 days without additional fees, except if the exchanged item has a higher price, in which case the price difference must be paid. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
Billing & Shipping
Orders must have matching billing and shipping addresses. We do not ship to hotel locations. Orders shipping to unverified addresses may be canceled and subject to a 5% non-refundable bank fee.
Shop Return Policy
At The Mobile Stop, we prioritize your satisfaction. We aim for a 100% positive experience and strive to deliver flawless products and services. However, in the rare event that your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we're here to address any questions you may have regarding our return and exchange policies.
Returning an Item
We operate on a 30-day return policy. Beyond this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. We encourage our customers to inform us promptly if they are dissatisfied with their purchase to avoid any disappointment.
If you wish to return an item within 30 days of purchase, it must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. To initiate a return, you can call us to request an RMA number or fill out the form on our website with the subject "RMA". Please note that an RMA serves as authorization for your return to be inspected and processed; it is not a shipping label. Customers are responsible for purchasing a shipping label to return items to The Mobile Stop. Additionally, please include a receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
Refunding a Purchase
For a refund to be processed, we must receive and inspect the item you wish to return. Once we've received your return, our staff will notify you via email regarding the approval status of your refund. If your refund is approved, a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.
Orders Paid with PayPal
If your order was paid for via PayPal, please note that a 5% non-refundable PayPal fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee represents the amount PayPal does not refund to us upon issuing a refund for your order.
Restocking Fee
We charge a 20% restocking fee on all returns.
Shipping Charge
The buyer is responsible for covering shipping charges both ways.
If You Don't Receive Your Refund
If you've been notified that your refund is approved but haven't received it yet,
please double-check your bank account. If the refund is not there, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. If your credit card company hasn't received the refund either, contact your bank, as refunds can sometimes get held up in processing. If none of these steps yield results, please contact us, and we'll ensure you receive your refund promptly.
Refunds for Sale Items
We can only refund regular-priced items; sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanging an Item
To exchange an item, visit our store or use our contact form to notify us. We will provide you with an RMA number to facilitate the return process.

If we are exchanging a faulty item, we will cover the shipping cost. However, if you are refunding or exchanging a non-defective item, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. In the case of a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
